ReEcho 会在你同意后，将检测期间的麦克风音频发送给阿里云智能语音交互服务，用于实时转写和沟通模式检测。

1. 我们收集的数据

当你使用 ReEcho 的语音检测功能时，App 可能会处理以下数据：

  • 麦克风音频：仅在你开始检测并同意云端语音识别后，ReEcho 才会处理检测期间的麦克风音频。
  • 语音转写文本：云端语音识别服务会将音频转换为文字，ReEcho 使用这些文字进行沟通模式检测。
  • 检测结果：包括触发提醒的语句、提醒类型、检测次数、检测时长和本次报告内容。

如果你没有开始检测，或者没有同意云端语音识别，ReEcho 不会启动麦克风，也不会发送麦克风音频。

2. 云端语音识别和第三方服务

为了实现实时语音识别，ReEcho 会在你同意后，将检测期间的麦克风音频流发送给阿里云智能语音交互服务。

  • 第三方服务提供方：阿里云智能语音交互服务
  • 发送的数据：检测开启期间的麦克风音频
  • 返回的数据：语音转写文本
  • 使用目的：实时转写和沟通模式检测

阿里云返回的转写文本会用于 ReEcho 的沟通模式检测，并生成本次检测报告。

ReEcho 不会出售你的语音数据，不会将语音数据用于广告，也不会将语音数据用于与本 App 功能无关的用途。

3. 数据使用目的

ReEcho 使用上述数据用于：

  • 将语音实时转换为文字
  • 检测沟通中可能出现的教育腔、过度提醒等表达模式
  • 生成本次检测报告
  • 帮助你回看触发提醒的具体语句

4. 用户同意和撤回

在开始检测前，ReEcho 会在 App 内显示云端语音识别说明，并请求你的同意。

如果你不同意，ReEcho 不会启动麦克风，也不会发送音频到阿里云。

你可以随时停止检测。你也可以在 App 的设置页面撤回云端语音识别同意。

5. 数据保存

ReEcho 可能会在本机保存本次检测报告，包括转写文本、触发语句和检测结果，方便你之后查看历史记录。

ReEcho 不会将检测报告用于广告，也不会出售检测报告数据。

6. 数据安全

我们会采取合理措施保护你的数据安全。云端语音识别仅用于实现实时转写功能，音频仅在检测开启期间发送。

7. 儿童隐私

ReEcho 不面向儿童单独收集个人信息。如果你是未成年人，请在监护人同意和指导下使用本 App。

After your consent, ReEcho sends microphone audio during an active detection session to Alibaba Cloud Intelligent Speech Interaction for real-time transcription and communication pattern detection.

1. Data We Collect

When you use ReEcho's voice detection feature, the app may process the following data:

  • Microphone audio: ReEcho processes microphone audio only after you start detection and consent to cloud speech recognition.
  • Speech transcription text: The cloud speech recognition service converts audio into text. ReEcho uses this text to detect communication patterns.
  • Detection results: This may include trigger phrases, alert types, detection counts, session duration, and the session report.

If you do not start detection or do not consent to cloud speech recognition, ReEcho will not start the microphone and will not send microphone audio.

2. Cloud Speech Recognition and Third-Party Service

To provide real-time speech recognition, ReEcho sends microphone audio during an active detection session to Alibaba Cloud Intelligent Speech Interaction after you consent.

  • Third-party service provider: Alibaba Cloud Intelligent Speech Interaction
  • Data sent: Microphone audio during an active detection session
  • Data returned: Speech transcription text
  • Purpose: Real-time transcription and communication pattern detection

The transcription text returned by Alibaba Cloud is used by ReEcho to detect communication patterns and generate the session report.

ReEcho does not sell voice data, does not use voice data for advertising, and does not use voice data for purposes unrelated to the app's functionality.

3. How We Use Data

ReEcho uses the data described above to:

  • Convert speech into text in real time
  • Detect communication patterns such as teaching tone and over-reminders
  • Generate the session report
  • Help you review the specific phrases that triggered alerts

4. User Consent and Revocation

Before starting detection, ReEcho shows an in-app cloud speech recognition disclosure and asks for your consent.

If you do not consent, ReEcho will not start the microphone and will not send audio to Alibaba Cloud.

You may stop detection at any time. You may also revoke cloud speech recognition consent in the app settings.

5. Data Storage

ReEcho may store the session report locally on your device, including transcription text, trigger phrases, and detection results, so you can review history later.

ReEcho does not use session reports for advertising and does not sell session report data.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Cloud speech recognition is used only to provide real-time transcription, and audio is sent only while detection is active.

7. Children's Privacy

ReEcho does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you are a minor, please use the app with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian.
